How do I make an order?

How do I change my payment details?
If your order has been placed and the billing information is incorrect, you won’t be able to change this on your order. Please Email us and we will be able to assist you. If the order has not been completed and changes need to be made, you will be able to update the information on your account.
How do I change my shipping address?
Shipping addresses cannot be changed once the order is placed. We highly suggest double-checking your address before placing your order. Please Email us :email@example.com for further assistance.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept PayPal, VISA, MasterCard, JCB.
If I get a refund, how long will it take to be credited back to me?
We issue refunds immediately, however it is up to your banking institution as to when funds are made available, which is usually within 3-5 business days.
How much does shipping cost?
United States, European countries , FREE SHIPPING for order amount over 49$, otherwise it would be charged 12$.
New Zealand, Brunei, Brazil, Argentina, Colombia, Canada, Mexico, charge $18 freight for order amount over 85$, otherwise it would be charged 25$.
Malaysia, Thailand, Singapore, South Korea, FREE SHIPPING for order amount over 40$, otherwise it would be charged 10$.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard shipping takes 5-7 business days.
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses?
We’re unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.
What happens if my package gets lost?

What is the difference between adhesive vinyl and heat transfer vinyl (HTV)?
Adhesive vinyl, sometimes called pressure sensitive vinyl (PSV) or just vinyl has a paper backing that exposes the adhesive (glue) once removed (like a sticker) and is meant to be directly adhered to a surface like a cup, window, car, etc. HTV, sometimes called iron-on, does not have a paper backing and instead has an exposed adhesive that is activated by heat. HTV is typically applied to fabrics such as t-shirts.
What sizes do you offer?

Can your vinyI be used in my Cricut?
Yes, absolutely. The vinyl we sell can be used in all vinyl cutting machines.
Will you cut a custom length roll or otherwise create a custom product for me?
As much as we love to do everything we can for our customers, at this time, unfortunately we cannot accommodate custom cutting any vinyl.
Returns and Refunds
What is your Return Policy?
Simply return your unused item(s) in its original packaging and we will refund your total amount.
What is your Refund Policy?
You’ll receive a refund back to your original payment method when you ship your item back. Returns must be processed within 15 days from the date your order was received to be eligible for a refund.
