Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-4 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

For orders shipped by FedEx Saver, it will take 5-7 days to arrive(Due to the influence of covid-19, it may take more time than normal);
With orders using EUB, the arrival time may be 7-10 days.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. 

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

United States, European countries , FREE SHIPPING for order amount over 49$, otherwise it would be charged 12$.


New Zealand, Brunei, Brazil, Argentina, Colombia, Canada, Mexico, charge $18 freight for order amount over 85$, otherwise it would be charged 25$.


Malaysia, Thailand, Singapore, South Korea, FREE SHIPPING for order amount over 40$, otherwise it would be charged 10$. 

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

How to know what shipping methods are available to me and what they will cost?

Log into your account, add the items you wish to purchase to your cart and then click the green "Checkout" button.

The checkout screen will show all the available shipping options along with their costs on the left-hand side of the screen. 

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

https://jandjpackaging.net/ ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, but we don’t ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking 

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

https://jandjpackaging.net/ is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages 

https://jandjpackaging.net/ is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
