Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & Delivery estimates

Shipping from China Warehouse

For orders shipped by Standard Shipping, it will take 10-15 days to arrive(Due to the influence of covid-19, it may take more time than normal);

For orders shipped by Expeidted Shipping, it will take 5-7 working days to arrive(Due to the influence of covid-19, it may take more time than normal);


Remote Area Service Introduction

Due to the high freight, we currently only support shipping to the United States, Britain, Canada, Singapore or other countries. If you are unable to establish an account when purchasing, or unable to pay. It means that our express delivery does not support transportation to your area. If you have special needs, please contact us.

HTVRONT provides the service of delivering shipments to remote areas. As it is difficult to deliver shipments to remote area, for each shipment delivered to such address, extra charge $25 or more needs to be collected.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur. do not ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses.


Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All

fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
